Delivery times start counting from when the order leaves our warehouse, this will normally be 24-48 hours after receipt of the order and confirmation of payment. The indicated deadlines are always in business days for peninsular shipments and the amounts are VAT included.

It may be that the product is not available in our warehouse and we have to request it from our suppliers, so this can make the output of your order from our facilities lengthen. Shipments to remote populations on the peninsula and islands orders may take more than 48 hours to deliver.

In the case of items of large volume or excessive weight, a different price rate will be applied. These expenses will be indicated at the time of ordering and before payment confirmation.

In the event of a stock break or any incident, we will contact you to propose an alternative solution such as an exchange for a similar item, a refund of the purchase amount or to confirm a new delivery date.

RETURNS

We only accept returns if the product is damaged or doesn’t work up to 7 days after purchase.

ERROR IN YOUR ORDER

If there has been an error in your order by Buddies Horticultura, S.L. You can claim within 7 calendar days, keeping the original packaging of the product in perfect condition and writing an email to: [email protected].

Before opening any product, verify that the packaging matches what you requested, making an immediate claim in case it does not match what has been ordered. If you detect any anomaly before opening the product, please do not open the seal or its packaging.

Our transport agency will remove the order at no cost to you and we will proceed to send the order again.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR DAMAGED BY TRANSPORTATION

In case of damage caused during transport, you must notify the same day to our costumer support and notify the damage to the following email address: [email protected].

If the defect has been caused by breakage, bumps or scratches and the packaging is in poor condition, it must be indicated on the delivery note of the carrier. If you do not indicate it, by signing the delivery note you express your agreement with the delivery and the transport company will not be responsible for any damage of this type.

The replacement of the defective product will not entail any additional cost for the customer.

WARRANTY

The shipping costs generated by the processing of the product warranty will be paid by Buddies Horticultura, S.L. in those cases where it is assumed that the lack of conformity exists in the acquired good. The processing will always be done upon request and acceptance by Buddies Horticultura, S.L. following the instructions indicated.

Any manufacturer or brand that has a guarantee of more than 2 years established by the current Law, must be processed directly with the manufacturer, not being the responsibility of such assumptions Buddies Horticultura, S.L.

The customer can choose to repair or replace, unless one of the two options is impossible or disproportionate. The one with a higher cost will be considered disproportionate. Both the repair and the replacement will be carried out within a reasonable period of time and completely free of charge for the customer.

When the client is a distributor, or invoices as a company (not a natural person), the shipping costs to our facilities will always be borne by the client, since the law on consumer goods does not regulate the sale between companies. In addition, the guarantee in these cases will be the one stipulated by the manufacturer of the product.
